1. This document is the General Terms and Conditions of the Miniemail.com Marketing Service,
provided by the company EASYCASH.ES Axel Burillo Purcet (CIF: B97973846, c/biscaia 427, 1 1).These Terms and Conditions define the aim and conditions of this service. The company shall not be responsible for illegal subscription to the service in the user's country of residence.
2. This agreement has an indefinite duration. Through it, the company agrees to pay the user for each promotional email sent by the company that is received and confirmed, where required by the user's email account. The rates are set out on the web page.
3. All agreements between the company and users shall be univocally determined by the user's e-mail. Only one agreement is permitted per email. Likewise, there is a limit of one agreement with the company per natural person.
4. The user agrees to read his or her email and visit the pages specified, so that it is possible to check that the promotional messages emailed by the company have been received and read. If the user does not carry out the abovementioned action within 15 days, the company reserves the right to terminate the agreement without right to claim or compensation.
5. Users may promote their accounts for the purpose of signing up new members, as long as they do not use spam techniques (sending of unsolicited emails) or advertise in inappropriate places (those with subjects other than "make money" or "advertising").
6. Users must subscribe in person. Subscription on behalf of third parties is inadmissible. The creation and/or management of multiple accounts from a single IP account is not permitted, and will lead to cancellation of the person in question. The user agrees to provide his or her real personal information. The company reserves the right to unsubscribe users who submit personal details that are not real.
7. The company agrees to pay the user through a non-negotiable cheque or bank transfer (only within Spain) as long as the user's balance, and thus the amount receivable, is greater than 60 euros, and the user issues the request through the service's user area. When the accumulated amount is greater than 60 euros, detailed instructions on how to request payment will be displayed in the statistics page of the user area.
8. To subscribe to the service, you will be asked to provide your personal details, which will be collected through the Registration Form. All the information provided will be treated according to Law 15/1999, dated December 13, dealing with Personal Data Protection and related provisions. In any case personal details shall not be disclosed in any case except in compliance with legal requirements or orders issued by public authorities.
9. You are solely responsible for the identification details that allow you to access the service. They consist of your email address and the password you choose when you subscribe.
10. You may change the personal details provided, as well as your password, in the users area once you have identified yourself with your email/password.
11. Users who lose or forget their password can recover it using the email address they used to subscribe to the service. The password can be requested from the members sign up page.
12. The company shall in no case be responsible for deficient or faulty access to the telematic and/or communications networks of the web site providing the service.
13. Any litigation between the user and the company shall subject to Spanish law, and the jurisdiction of the Madrid Tribunals.
14. These conditions shall be subject to change without prior notice or notification to users of the service.
15. The company offers no guarantees in relation to services offered by third parties and advertised through the company's promotional emails.
16. The company reserves the right to terminate the contract of any user who does not comply with these conditions, without right to claim or compensation.
